How to Wear the BackWonder SI Support Belt Correctly

Wear the belt over underwear or lightweight clothing. Cotton or moisture-wicking fabrics work best.

It helps

This belt is sturdy, thicker material than some I've used in the past. It's not very long (height-wise), which makes it a bit more discreet under clothing. It gave good support and decent pain relief!

I do like this. I have some sacral instability at times. This device is really helpful to get through those. It is comfortable enough to fit under loose pants. I still wear leggings or something fitting under to help with skin bunching or rubbing. This device does not rub or bunch the skin like another stability belt I have. I do like this one better.

Size seems to run a trifle large. If between sizes go for the smaller one. I bought two of these. 40" hip was at edge of size range between medium and large. The medium ended up working much better. GNR is prominent brand displayed, not Backwonder.

The hook-and-loop (velcro) held up very well. The loop back of primary belt helped with the hold and adjustment.

It is not very wide (unlike most of the competitors). Some secondary straps to make it wider around sides would have been nice.

This has lasted 5 years! Amazing compared to others where the Velcro dies, or body strap curls up all of the time (the disadvantage of others that use wider strap). However, eventually it started fraying around edges.
