Made of closed-cell, non-abrasive EVA foam, with hole protectors for durability. This Belt suspends an individual in a proper vertical position, allowing for dynamic exercise movements in deep water. This patented belt holds the swimmer securely at the waist to stay upright, with no tipping forward. If you tip forward, or if you feel a tightening in your lower back, this is an indication your belt is too loose. To fix this, tighten the belt as tight as you can at your waist. You should not even feel the belt in the water.
